Outdoor ice skating rinks in the Niagara Region

Sometimes the cold weather calls for snuggles on the couch and other times you find yourself in danger of becoming a hermit. Throw on your warm winter clothes, fill a thermos with hot chocolate and get outside! We have put together a list of outdoor skating rinks in the Niagara region just for you.

Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery

Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, which officially opened early in 2017, will have an ice rink in their backyard this winter season (of course!). They are also having a Great Canadian Winter Celebration event on 20 January. Skate and enjoy food, drinks and music at their outdoor Whisky Bar, which will have patio heaters and fire pits to warm you up. Check out the event details on their Facebook page.
